Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, your name, telephone number, address and card payment details. We will only use this for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will only use your contact details to contact you for other purposes if you expressly opt in to join our mailing list.

Payment

Payment will be taken from your card by our payment provider ‘Stripe’ at the time you place the order. Payment will be needed before any order is dispatched.

Cancellation of purchase

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you will need to provide us with written confirmation of this. Cancellations will be processed at our discretion. If an order is successfully cancelled any payment taken will be refunded to the card used. If your cancellation request is received after dispatch, you will need to request a refund and return the item instead. Refunds

Refunds will be given in the following cases:

• That we are unable to fulfil your order as placed.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason and return it in saleable condition within 30 days.
